What is tufting?
Tufting is a technique used to create rugs by punching yarn through a fabric base with a tufting gun. It’s a fun and creative way to design your own custom rug!
Do I need any experience to join the workshop?
Not at all! Our workshops are designed for complete beginners, and our friendly instructors will guide you step by step.
Is the workshop suitable for beginners?
Yes! The process is easy to learn, and our instructors are always there to help. No prior experience in art or crafting is needed.
What kind of rugs can I make?
You can choose from different sizes and shapes, and customize your design with a wide range of colors. Whether you want a simple pattern or a detailed image, we’ll help you bring your vision to life!
How long does the workshop take?
It depends on the rug size you choose: Mini Rug (25×25cm): ~2 hours Standard Rug (40×40cm): ~3 hours Grand Rug (60×60cm): ~5 hours Grand Plus Rug (90×90cm): ~9 hours
Can I book on the same day?
We're happy to accept same-day reservations—just make sure to book at least 2 hours before the workshop starts. Also, don’t forget to submit your rug design using the required form!
Is it possible to reschedule my booking?
You may reschedule your workshop up to one week before your booking. Rescheduled bookings must be made within two weeks of the original date, and rescheduling is permitted only once. After this point, we cannot offer refunds or reschedule your booking.
Can I get a refund for my booking?
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the transaction. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at contact@cheekystudio.uk

What should I wear to the workshop?
For the tufting workshop, it's best to go with comfy and casual clothes that can handle a little mess. Wear something easy to move in and don't stress about stains or spills.
Is it acceptable if I’m unable to arrive on time?
Sorry for the inconvenience, but we can't make up for the delay 🙏We'll start the class by subtracting the delayed time and then continue with the regular class duration.
Can I bring my people?
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly request that you refrain from inviting individuals who are not participating in the workshop. Thank you for your understanding 🙏
What is the minimum age requirement?
For safety reasons, attendees must be 18 or older to use the tufting machines. Kids 8+ are welcome with a parent or guardian.
