Who we are

Cheeky Studio is a trading name of Jaymond Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15362714). Our studio is at D009 Tradestars, 415 Wick Lane, London E3 2JG. Jaymond Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at contact@cheekystudio.uk.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address and phone number, when you book a workshop, rent the studio, buy a gift card or send us an enquiry.
• Booking details, such as the session, date and number of people. Card payments are handled by our booking and payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
• Designs, images and briefs you send us for workshops or custom rugs.
• Information about how you use our website, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

How we use it

• To manage your booking, gift card or commission and to contact you about it (contract).
• To answer your questions and enquiries (legitimate interests).
• To send news and offers by email, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time (consent).
• To understand how our website is used and improve it (legitimate interests or consent, depending on the tool).
• To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

We only share your data with service providers who help us run the studio, and only as far as they need it. These include Webflow (website and forms), Acuity Scheduling (bookings), Gift Up (gift cards), Formaloo (design uploads), Mailchimp (email), Google Analytics (website analytics) and Meta (advertising measurement). Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Booking and payment records are kept for six years to meet tax and accounting rules. Design files are deleted once your workshop or commission is complete, unless you agree that we can keep them.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to send it to you in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email contact@cheekystudio.uk and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use essential cookies to make the website work, analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site, and marketing cookies (Meta Pixel) to measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site, such as booking, from working.
