About these terms

These terms apply when you use cheekystudio.uk or book with Cheeky Studio, a trading name of Jaymond Ltd (company number 15362714), D009 Tradestars, 415 Wick Lane, London E3 2JG. By booking with us, you agree to these terms and to our Booking Policy.

Workshops and studio rental

• Bookings are confirmed once payment is complete. Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling follow our Booking Policy.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrival may shorten your session, as the next session starts on schedule.
• Tufting guns are power tools. Please follow the safety guidance from our team at all times. We may stop a session if equipment is used unsafely.
• One rug per person, at the size included in your workshop.

Gift cards

Gift cards have no expiry date and can be used for any workshop we offer. The recipient books their own date, subject to availability.

Custom rugs and commissions

• We will send you a quote based on your brief. A deposit secures your production slot.
• Production starts once you approve the final design. Timings in our quote are estimates and we will keep you updated.
• Because every piece is made to order, custom rugs cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Your designs

You keep the rights to the designs you bring. By sending us a design, you confirm you have the right to use it. We may decline designs that infringe someone else's rights or that are offensive.

Our content

The text, photos and branding on this website belong to Cheeky Studio unless stated otherwise. Please do not reuse them without our permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
